Friendly Reminder to: Stop saying “yes” to everyone and putting yourself last and put yourself first for a change. You can’t please everyone. Mmmhmm! 😉

If you need time away to…

  • work on a special project
  • tend to commitments
  • get more alone time
  • workout
  • play
  • etc., etc., etc.

= it’s okay.

Never feel bad for giving yourself some time away from others. If some people don’t understand you need some time apart for a little bit and get upset, that’s their issue, not yours. Let them be upset. You want healthy peeps in your life who respect your boundaries and have empathy towards you and who are super supportive. If they aren’t, those aren’t your people… let them go and don’t feel bad. You can’t control how people feel about you and the decisions you make. You don’t need to be a people-pleaser or go against your values for anyone just to keep them around nor should you feel you have to. This is just a friendly reminder for you sweets.
